Here’s How We Work To Save You Money:
- You give us your telephone and utility bills (for the past 12 months , if possible).
- Based on our Knowledge of rates, codes, and billing procedures, we analyze your bills for discrepancies and overcharges and we also conduct an on-site inspection of your property.
- Assuming we find you are entitled to a refund or a reduction in utility rates (and we do in 90% of the cases we accept), we negotiate with the telephone and utility companies on your behalf.
We Share The Savings With You.
PACIFIC UTILITY AUDIT, INC. works on a contingency basis. Our fee is tied directly to results. We receive a percentage of the amount recovered for you either in the form of future rate savings, a refund check, or a credit to your account.
